If I help you and befriend you I have made a customer for life.

I am reminded that 20 years ago I was taught we are in the people's needs filling business. We forget that sometimes when we are just selling houses.

Hi David, it's all about staying in touch with your leads and past clients. I always say focus on building a referrals-based business and the way you do that is through relationship building with the people you know, and who know, like and trust you!

You want to help your customers? Then don't spread yourself too thin and provide excellent service to those you do commit to.

There is more water in the well that gave water before than always digging a new well.

Past Clients are a goldmine for referrals!
