The Competition for your attention

More Advertising!   Higher Penetration!   More focused Message?  We need to question the savants, guru's and Ninja's that are leading our marketing and contact programs.

The question we need to ask is; How can we better help our customers?

Our competition for FRESH eyes is everything that is online.

Being LOUDER doesn't make hype.

How can I cut through that noise?  How Can I become useful?

How can I help you?

If I help you and befriend you I have made a customer for life.

I'm ready for your call today.

I am reminded that 20 years ago I was taught we are in the people's needs filling business. We forget that sometimes when we are just selling houses.

Hi David, it's all about staying in touch with your leads and past clients. I always say focus on building a referrals-based business and the way you do that is through relationship building with the people you know, and who know, like and trust you!

You want to help your customers? Then don't spread yourself too thin and provide excellent service to those you do commit to.

Thank you Rich,

There is more water in the well that gave water before than always digging a new well.

Past Clients are a goldmine for referrals!
